Report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"color: #1c3a60; font-size: 24px; font-weight: 500;\">Regulatory Framework<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #496180;\">Our AML Policy is designed to comply with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Federal Laws, including:<\/p><ul style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #496180;\"><li>Federal Decree Law No. (20) of 2018 on Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism and Illegal Organizations.<\/li><li>Cabinet Decision No. (10) of 2019 Concerning the Implementing Regulation of Decree Law No. (20) of 2018.<\/li><li>Guidelines issued by the UAE Central Bank and other relevant regulatory authorities.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"color: #1c3a60; font-size: 24px; font-weight: 500;\">Customer Due Diligence (CDD)<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #496180;\">We implement a robust CDD process to verify the identity of our clients and ensure the legitimacy of their funds. This includes:<\/p><ul style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #496180;\"><li>Identifying and verifying the identity of our clients using reliable, independent source documents, data, or information.<\/li><li>Understanding and, as appropriate, obtaining information on the purpose and intended nature of the business relationship.<\/li><li>Conducting ongoing monitoring of the business relationship to ensure that transactions are consistent with our knowledge of the client and their business and risk profile.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"color: #1c3a60; font-size: 24px; font-weight: 500;\">Record Keeping<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #496180;\">We maintain comprehensive records of all transactions and client information for a minimum period as required by law.
